Refund & Returns

Let's say it plainly: every Fressh Designz product is custom-made to order, and our products are personal-care items applied to skin — so they cannot be returned and resold, and change-of-mind returns are not accepted. What we do instead is stand behind our work completely: if the problem is ours, you choose a free replacement or a refund.

1. Why Change-of-Mind Returns Aren't Accepted

Your order is designed and printed specifically for you, from your artwork or your approved proof. Once made, it has no use to anyone else. In addition, temporary tattoos and similar products are hygiene items that go directly on skin and cannot safely be restocked or resold. For both reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong thing by mistake (where the proof you approved showed it correctly), or no longer want the item.

This is exactly why every custom order goes through a proof approval step before production: you see and approve precisely what will be made.

2. What Is Fully Covered

The following are always covered, at no cost to you:

• Defective printing — smearing, banding, missing elements, illegible detail, or other print defects.
• Damaged on arrival — the item or its packaging arrived damaged in a way that affects the product.
• Wrong versus your approved proof — the design or size you received is materially different from the proof you approved.
• Missing items — something in your order did not arrive.
• Non-delivery — the order never arrives, after the carrier investigation described in our Shipping Policy.

3. How to Make a Claim

• Email thefresshdesignz@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
• Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue (for print, damage, or wrong-item claims).
• We respond to claims within 1 business day.

4. Your Choice: Free Replacement or Refund

On any covered claim, the choice is yours: we will reprint and reship the item free of charge, or refund it. Replacements follow the same production process as the original order.

5. How Refunds Work

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
• After we process a refund, please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to post it.
• Shipping charges are refunded when the error was ours; they are not refunded on claims where the delivered product matched the approved proof and arrived as described.

6. No Need to Mail Defective Items Back

Because our products are hygiene items, defective or damaged items do not need to be returned. Simply dispose of them. Your photo is all the evidence we need.

7. What Does Not Count as a Defect

The following are normal characteristics of custom printed products, and are not defects:

• Slight color differences between the on-screen proof and the printed tattoo. Screens display color differently from printed ink, so minor variation is expected.
• Small size tolerances inherent in cutting and printing custom items.
• Wear-time variation — how long a temporary tattoo lasts varies naturally with skin type, placement, and activity.
• Application problems caused by not following the application and care instructions provided with the product. Products must be applied exactly as directed; see the Assumption of Risk, Waiver and Release of Liability section of our Terms of Service.

8. Cancelling an Order

You may cancel an order for a full refund at any time before you approve the proof and production begins. Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled — but the full defect coverage in this policy still applies. To cancel, email thefresshdesignz@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.

9. Partial Orders

If only part of a multi-item order is defective, damaged, or wrong, only that item is replaced or refunded. The rest of the order stands as delivered.

10. Gift Orders

If you received a Fressh Designz item as a gift and there is a covered problem with it, the purchaser should contact us to start the claim. Any refund is issued to the original purchaser through their original payment method; replacements can be shipped as directed by the purchaser.
