This Privacy Policy explains what information Fressh Designz collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this simple: we collect what we need to make and deliver your order, and we never sell your personal information.

• Contact information — your name, email address, and shipping address, provided when you order or contact us.
• Order information — the designs you select, sizes and options, your proof approvals, and order history.
• Images you upload — artwork or photos you submit for a custom order, used to produce that order.
• Email list signups — your email address when you join our mailing list, managed through our email provider, Mailchimp.
• Site analytics — basic, aggregate usage statistics collected through Cloudflare Web Analytics. This service is cookieless and does not track you across other websites.
• Payment information — payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card number.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To design, produce, proof, and deliver your orders.
• To communicate with you about your order, including proofs, support replies, and shipping updates.
• To send marketing emails — only if you subscribed to our email list.
• To understand how our site is used and improve our products and pages.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.

3. Who We Share Information With

We share information only with the service providers who help us operate, and only as much as they need: our printing and fulfillment partners (to produce and ship your order), our payment processors (to take payment), our email provider Mailchimp (to manage subscriptions and send emails to subscribers), and Cloudflare (site hosting and analytics). These providers process information on our behalf and for the purposes described here.

4. Your Choices and Rights

• Unsubscribe anytime — every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link in its footer. Unsubscribing stops marketing emails; we may still email you about orders you place.
• Access, correction, and deletion — email us at thefresshdesignz@gmail.com to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request its deletion. We will respond within a reasonable time.

5. Children's Privacy

Our site and store are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Designs intended for kids are purchased by adults. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Data Retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to run our business, provide support, and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations. Images you upload are retained for order fulfillment and a reasonable period afterward to support reorders and problem resolution, and are deleted upon request as described above.

7. Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page, and material changes will be reflected in the effective date below.
